Newbie Group: Members Posts: 5 Joined: 12.07.2009	Our Kapersky has been stuffed for a few months. It will not update, despite trying many options. It is due to expire in a few days so I ahve gone out and bought ano0ther product, but now I can't unistall the Kapersky. I have tried doing it via the computers control panel, it won't allow me to. I ahve tried installing the new product to clear the problems and then unistall, but the new product requires me to get rid of the Kapersky program to install. Please help. I am a complete novice pulling my hair out . I have Windows Vista operating system, if that make a difference.

Kapersky μας έχει γεμιστά για μερικούς μήνες. Δεν θα ενημερώσει, παρά την προσπάθεια πολλές επιλογές. Πρόκειται να λήξει μέσα σε λίγες μέρες οπότε έχω πάει έξω και να αγοράσει ano0ther προϊόν, αλλά τώρα δεν μπορώ να unistall το Kapersky. Έχω προσπαθήσει να κάνει αυτό μέσω του πίνακα ελέγχου υπολογιστές, δεν θα μου επιτρέπει να. Έχω δοκιμάσει την εγκατάσταση του νέου προϊόντος για να καθαρίσετε τα προβλήματα και μετά unistall, αλλά το νέο προϊόν με υποχρεώνει να απαλλαγούμε από το πρόγραμμα Kapersky να εγκαταστήσετε.

Παρακαλώ βοηθήστε. Είμαι μια πλήρη αρχάριος τραβώντας τα μαλλιά μου έξω.

Έχω λειτουργικό σύστημα Windows Vista, αν αυτό κάνει τη διαφορά.

As a result the application may not uninstall correctly or remnants of the application may remain in the system. Removal utility enables complete uninstall of the following products: Kaspersky PURE Kaspersky Anti-Virus (all versions) Kaspersky Internet Security (all versions) AVP Tool driver Under 64-bit OSs the removal utility does not uninstall Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0/7.0 and Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0/7.0. In order to fully uninstall the product: save the uninstall utility on your computer: download the archive kavremover.zip. Unpack the archive (for example, using WinZip) or download the executable file kavremover.exe run the file kavremover.exe enter the code from the picture  in the Following products were detected section select the required product If the utility has not detected any Kaspersky Lab product but you are sure that one of the above mentioned applications is installed on your computer, select the installed product from the list. Alternatively, you can also select Remove all known products. click the Remove button  the removal process may take some minutes wait until a dialog window appears to inform you that the product was successfully removed click OK reboot your computer. By default, a log file with the name kavremover xxxx-xx-xx-xx-xx (pid xxxx).txt will be saved in the folder where the utility is located. You can find the full version number of kavremover.exe in the file kavremover.txt.
